  • hi- this does not explain how to add notes to the screen shot.I am using the control shift 3 method. Just want to put some text and then some arrows to various parts of the saved diagram. Find the tools menu confusing, can get text but how to control the size of the text area? How to add lines, in different colours [ the line and arrow controls just produce white lines ] How to delete parts .The whole thing is so much harder than working with windows, [screen shot, paste into paint and notate away with words, lines etc and deleting unwanted areas. simple.] Please advise WHERE i can get the info instructions on how to use my mac book air screen shot ?thanks.
    • Hi, denis. 1. To change the size of the text: input some words, click the font size (number in a box) at the bottom of the toolbar. 2. To change line's color: click the pen icon, then click on a color you like, draw on the screenshot; or, click the line you drew, then click a color you like at the bottom of the toolbar. 3.
